Enquiry details
When you select Send enquiry, the details you enter are submitted to this website and emailed to sales@luxfords.com.au. This includes your contact details, product and measurement information, and message. We use Resend to process and deliver these enquiry emails. Your email address is included so the Luxfords team can reply directly to you.
This website does not store your enquiry in a website database. The email service and Luxfords’ email provider process and retain email information as part of delivering and managing your enquiry. The website temporarily processes limited request metadata to control abuse and duplicate submissions.
If an online submission fails, you can use the email draft or copy option. Opening an email draft passes the details to your email application; you decide whether to send it. Copy enquiry copies the text to your clipboard when your browser permits it. Your form details remain in the current page so you can review or retry them.

This site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Fonts and product images are served with the site. The hosting and network providers may process ordinary request information, including IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
